Lagree is designed for all levels. You’ll be challenged, supported, and guided through every movement, whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.

faq’s

  • Consistency is key! Most clients see the best results attending 2–4 classes per week. We recommend a routine that fits your schedule and goals to maintain momentum and progress.

  • Form-fitting, breathable workout clothing works best so instructors can see your form. Grip socks are required for safety and stability on the Megaformer.

  • Yes. The Megaformer is low-impact, and exercises can be modified for a variety of needs. Our instructors prioritize safety and proper alignment while still pushing you toward results. We encourage you to communicate openly with your instructor to let them know of any concerns before your class — your safety and long-term progress are always our priority.
